Membership by Invitation

Membership to Holly Tree Country Club is by invitation only. Membership is not restricted to residents of Holly Tree subdivision. Our belief is that the best clubs are developed from within, whereby existing Members get involved in the Membership process and refer their friends and associates as new Members. This creates an environment of harmony among the Members, which is to the benefit everyone. New individuals and families moving into the area who seek membership most likely know a Member of Holly Tree Country Club that would love to act as their sponsor. In either event, the Holly Tree Country Club staff will assist you with the process.

 

Certificate Holders

Once a member has paid the Full Golf initiation fee amount, the Member is officially a certificate holder of the Club. All certificate holders have voting privileges and may utilize this privilege when the Club makes policy changes or has major decisions that require a Member vote.

Full Family Membership
$8,000 Initiation
$330 Monthly Dues

Entitles family to full access to golf, tennis, pool, and clubhouse. Provides unlimited golf green fees, golf range privileges, tennis court time, and usage of clubhouse and pool facilities. Family includes dependent children up to 21 years of age or age 25 if full-time student. F & B monthly minimum $40.

Junior Membership
$8,000 Initiation
$248 Monthly Dues

Entitles individual under age 31 to full access to golf, tennis, pool, and clubhouse. Provides unlimited golf green fees, golf range privileges, tennis court time, and usage of clubhouse and pool facilities. F & B monthly minimum $40.

Corporate memberships are available.  Please contact the General Manager for details.

Tennis
Contact Club for Rate Information

Entitles family or individual to full access to tennis, pool, and clubhouse. Provides unlimited tennis court time, and usage of clubhouse and pool facilities. Family includes dependent children up to 21 years of age or age 25 if full-time student.

Contact Club for Rate Information

Entitles family to full access to pool and clubhouse facilities. Family includes dependent children up to 21 years of age or age 25 if full-time student
